THE MISSION
The John Maxwell Leadership Foundation is committed to leading an initiative to transform nations through a process of infusing values and principles into people in all streams of influence within a country. This process is called The Country Transformation Initiative (CTI).
CTI uses roundtable methodology (groups of 6-8 people) to teach a curriculum of values and principles. The roundtable setting provides a secure conversational environment, free of judgement, to produce a positive change through guidance and mutual encouragement. CTI’s aim is to ultimately create a national transformation movement by engaging ten percent of the population – a tipping point for influence across the whole country! In Paraguay, the momentum is already building. To date, there has been 39,865 trained facilitators, and 183,584 participants in roundtables in Paraguay.
YOUR IMPACT
The Transformation process is available to everyone, but only those who’ve seen and experienced the value of transformation can share it. Our John Maxwell Team coaches understand that and exemplify John’s vision to add value to people who multiply value in others. That is why this opportunity is exclusively available to our John Maxwell Team coaches.
In 2018, the work was begun with the Paraguayan Ministry of Education teaching values and leadership to kids in the public school system. This program is called‘iLead’ and was developed in order to raise up leaders amongst the youth of Paraguay. In 2018 the ‘iLead’ curriculum was taught in more than 200 Paraguayan public schools with more than 22,000 students and 1,000 teachers participating. The impact in these schools has been life changing. Thousands of kids are beginning to understand that they are valuable and that they can lead Paraguay to a better future.
During this trip, you will train up facilitators in the use of the ‘iLead’ youth curriculum and further extend its reach and impact within the country. You become a multiplier of transformation! Join the movement and become a trainer today.
COST AND ACCOMODATIONS
We have arranged two options for you to choose from for your stay. They are both from the Marriott group and in a safe commercial neighborhood of Asuncion (and conveniently located next to shopping). Meetings, logistics and meals will be held at the Sheraton which is one block away from the Aloft Hotel. Also note on the agenda that there are three available Coach Prep Training sessions, to accommodate your arrival date/time – you would only need to attend one.
