We’re launching a bold season of global transformation — and you’re invited to be part of it. In 2025, we’re believing for at least 1 million Salvation decisions through EQUIP’s Beyond Success, while also equipping millions of students through the Maxwell Leadership Foundation’s Student Transformation initiatives.

This is a vision worth running toward. And it only becomes reality through bold generosity and urgent action.

Together, we can go above and beyond to:

Launch and expand values-based roundtables in businesses, organizations, and communities
Equip new Beyond Success facilitators and regional leaders to multiply outreach
Train educators, administrators and resource schools to implement iLead
Empower students to lead with character, resilience, and purpose
…and, create the conditions for powerful, positive change in communities around the world.

62% of non-Christian attendees accept Christ as a result of the final lessons of Beyond Success.*
In 2025 so far, we had 18,315 new program facilitators.
571,891 people have participated in 57,395 Roundtables.
430,127 came to faith in Christ in 2025 so far!
