She was impacted greatly in her own life to recognize the value of the people sitting at the table with her. To see them as individuals who want to be heard and treasured for their contribution to the conversation.

Brittne took iLead back to her school with passion and purpose! She trained eight more teachers and immediately began implementing Transformation Tables among the students.
